Refunds & 90-Day Promise

90 days to feel it, or a full refund

Use your Leva for up to 90 days from the day it's delivered. If you don't feel the difference, email us at hello@levashower.com and we'll sort it out with you.

How it works

• Email us within 90 days of delivery with your order number and what you noticed.
• We reply within 1 business day. Sometimes a quick fix helps, like the filter not being fully screwed in.
• If it's still not for you, we refund the full price you paid for your Starter Kit to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days of approving it. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
• We may ask you to send it back. If we do, we'll email you the return address, and return shipping is paid by you.
• One refund per household.
• Refill filters can be refunded if they're unopened, within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or wrong item

If anything arrives damaged, broken or wrong, email a photo to hello@levashower.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement for free.
