Every order ships free within the United States, with tracking.

• Processing: orders are prepared within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery: 5–11 business days after your order ships, so most orders arrive within about 2 weeks of ordering. Your order ships from our fulfillment partner's warehouse.
• Tracking: you'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show the first update.
• Where we ship: all 50 US states. We don't ship outside the US yet.

Lost or late packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package shows delivered but you can't find it, email us at hello@levashower.com and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
