Your Leva is covered for 3 years
If your Leva shower head stops working because of a defect in materials or workmanship within 3 years of delivery, we'll replace it for free.
What's covered
- Cracks, leaks or breaks in the shower head or handle from normal use.
- Parts that come loose or stop fitting from normal use.
What's not covered
- Filters. They're meant to be replaced every 2–3 months.
- Normal wear, scratches or marks on the finish.
- Damage from drops, misuse, or changes to the product.
How to claim
Email hello@levashower.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send your replacement, shipped free.
